Erin Kordich is the Clinical Program Supervisor for the Crisis and Support Program at CCASA. Erin is born and raised in Calgary, AB. Erin holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Calgary. Erin has a passion for working alongside and supporting others and has worked in the field of social work for over ten years, working in the areas of mental health and addictions, with children, youth, adults and families over the years. Since 2018, Erin has been working in the area of gender-based and sexual violence, starting within a post-secondary setting, providing support and advocacy for those impacted by violence. This additionally included policy and program development, as well as awareness and education efforts to create change at interpersonal and structural levels. In 2023, Erin joined the CCASA team as a Sexual Violence Therapist, providing counselling support to clients. Erin later joined the leadership team as a Clinical Program Supervisor. Erin strives to work with those accessing supports, as well as team members from an anti-oppressive, feminist and trauma-informed framework, meeting each person where they are at, building respectful, collaborative connections, and working to draw on each person’s unique strengths, knowledge and resilience.
