The next step in the booking process is to schedule a follow-up with an Educator. Follow-ups take about 15 minutes to complete, and are used to gather relevant information so that we can collaboratively determine how to best support your group. The questions that will be covered in the follow-up can be found in the last section of this form. Please let us know your preferred follow-up time, and method. Once received, a CCASA staff member will contact you to confirm the follow-up date and time.
