As you may know CCASA has been collecting pennies, which will soon be going out of circulation, for our ‘Penny Fundraiser’. In less than three months we have collected over 100,000 pennies ($1,000) from some very committed individuals and organizations. There are many more companies committed to collecting pennies for CCASA in the coming months and we couldn’t be happier. We are still collecting pennies until the last one is out of circulation and we are hoping for your support through your donation of pennies to go towards the important work that we do.
Check out the attached poster and put it up in your workplace or distribute to friends/family or colleagues!
Please encourage all of your coworkers, friends and families to bring in their pennies for our cause. We will gladly pick them up from your office.
Rolled penny donations of $20.00 or more will be eligible for a tax receipt.
